Parliament's record since 1997: debates, questions, statements, votes, bills, committees and members' interests

Where They Stand

Sourced briefings on the record of Parliament

Company roles of MPs and peers

Companies where members of the Commons and the Lords are directors, company secretaries or members of a partnership, from the Companies House register. Open any member's page for their earlier roles too.

Companies House does not link its records to Parliament. A record is used only when the surname, a first or middle name and the month and year of birth all match the member's, so a few may be missed (for example members whose birth month is not known) and, rarely, one may belong to someone else: every entry links to Companies House. See how they are matched. Holding a company role is not a finding of wrongdoing. What members must declare, including shareholdings, is in their register of interests, shown on their page.

Elsewhere: who owns and controls a company, and its accounts, are on Companies House.
